The hall rooms are available for hire in set sessions as follows:
Morning 8.00am – 1.00pm
Afternoon 1.00pm – 6.00pm
Evening 6.00pm – Midnight (NB. Music to cease by 11.30pm)
Note: Main Hall has priority over Kitchen use when in use.

In addition to the above charges a deposit of £100.00 is required to secure a booking during the day time, £150.00 in respect of evening parties and £300.00 for weddings.
There is also a small charge of £10.00 for day time bookings and £20.00 for evening bookings if either live or recorded music is played as a contribution to the hall’s music licences. If alcohol is to be sold then the consent of the Management is required and a fee of £25.00 is payable.
These deposits are held against loss or damage and/or complaints received and in relation to weddings, £150.00 of the deposit is held against loss or damage and/or complaints received and the other £150.00 is held against complaints received specifically about noise.
In consideration of local residents, music must cease by 11.30pm and the hall vacated by midnight. Any breach of these conditions will result in the forfeit of the deposit held in respect of noise. Unless otherwise agreed, set-up and clear away/clean-up to be undertaken within the allocated session times.

We also welcome regular or recurring bookings (e.g. classes, clubs, or community groups).
